What We Do Together
Good coaching starts with one thing — an honest picture of where you are and where you would rather be.
The tools Patrick uses are designed to surface what drives you, how you're experienced by others, and what's quietly getting in your way. That clarity is where everything begins.
360 Leadership Debrief
How others experience you.
Before you can change how you lead, you need to see how you're actually being experienced.
A 360 debrief collects structured feedback from the people around you — your peers, your direct reports, and those above you — and turns it into a clear, honest picture of how your leadership lands in the real world.
Not how you intend it. How it lands.
Patrick works with you one-on-one to unpack the findings, separate signal from noise, and identify what would have the greatest impact on your effectiveness as a leader.
For most people, this is the conversation that changes everything.
Know Yourself First
How you're wired.
Patrick is accredited in a suite of tools designed to surface what drives behaviour — at your best and under pressure.
PRINT – The Why of Me identifies the unconscious motivations that shape how you think, communicate and lead. It surfaces the core drivers behind your behaviour — the patterns that explain why you do what you do, often before you can explain it yourself.
Hogan is one of the most widely respected leadership assessment tools in the world. It measures how others see you, what drives you, and critically — the derailers that emerge when you're stretched or stressed.
Used together or individually, these assessments can significantly deepen the coaching work — though every client's journey looks different, and what you focus on is always your choice.
Collective Leadership
How your leadership team shows up together.
Individual leaders don't operate in isolation. The way a leadership team thinks, communicates and makes decisions collectively has a profound impact on the organisation beneath it.
Patrick works with leadership teams to examine their collective style — how they function under pressure, where blind spots exist across the group, and what shifts would strengthen the team's overall effectiveness.
This work can take many forms depending on the organisation's needs — from a focused session to a structured programme. What matters is that it is honest, practical and grounded in the real dynamics of the team.
If your leadership team is navigating change, operating under pressure, or simply not performing at the level you know it can — this work is worth exploring.
Executive Coaching
What you do with all of it.
Working with Patrick is structured, practical and confidential. Sessions are focused on what matters most to you — your thinking, your leadership, your results. There is no fixed agenda. You bring what is front of mind, and the work goes from there.
Progress can be swift. Some clients find what they need in a single session. Others engage over six to twelve months, with sessions fortnightly or monthly depending on their needs and schedule. There is no minimum commitment — the work goes at the pace that is right for you.
The clients who get the most from coaching are the ones who show up ready to think. If that's you, this is worth a conversation.
